We got great value for our money at So Nice Flat. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and old town, and the staff was responsive.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

We had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay in Nice really close to numerous market's restaurants and cafes and train station. There was bathtubs in the private bathroom.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach and old town. There is a convenient street market nearby for fresh veggies and fruits. Easy access to cities around Nice due to proximity to the highway. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The sofa and bed were comfortable, and there was even an airco for the hot summer days. I appreciated having a separate office area and enjoyed the nice decoration of the place. The kitchenette was well-equipped and stocked with essentials, which was a nice surprise.
Be mindful of the low beams in the apartment, as they can catch you off guard. The view from the small windows was limited to the sky or rooftops.

This place is perfect for us as youngsters. It's well decorated and comfortable, with all the facilities we need. the location is convenient with easy access to public transit, shops, and markets. the apartment is small but cozy, and the kitchen is well-equipped. the bed is large and comfortable, and the shower is excellent with always hot water available. the building has a lift, which is a plus. it's our first choice for visiting this city.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints.

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment for 8 days and it was perfect for my needs. The building has a convenient lift, which was especially helpful as the apartment is situated on the top floor. Olivia, the host, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure we had fresh linens throughout our stay and even checked in to see if there was anything else we needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to two train stations and a tram stop just a block away. There are also supermarkets and smaller stores within a short walk, making it easy to cook meals. The apartment itself is in excellent condition - clean, bright, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Can just recommend this apartment.
